He also recently concluded 2 projects along Hollowell Parkway, working alongside Georgia Institute of Technology for access into this mixed use project. He has 5 projects underway in the Panama City Beach/Santa Rosa Beach area which include mixed use, townhomes and single family homes, beachfront and inlet. Currently, in partnership with Brock Built Homes are three major projects in Florida – Nellie, Mack Bayou & Bishop Tolbert. Wesley began his career in the construction business with the Fortune-Johnson Company. He brought this experience into commercial real estate brokerage when he joined Advantis Realty. There, Wesley focused on tenant representation and investment sales of commercial properties. In 2003, Wesley formed his own development company. In 2004 he guided development of retail projects in Atlanta, as well as mixed-use and resort style developments in the Florida Panhandle.
